The A.C.E Target Sports Skye team is led by founder Matt, an experienced instructor with over 25 years of experience instructing outdoors around the world, and includes skilled members like Steve, James, William and Willow, as well as head Instructor Melanie, who all bring diverse expertise in outdoor activities. The team is dedicated to creating engaging experiences and promoting adventure, conservation, and education on the Isle of Skye.
Matt, the founder of A.C.E Target Sports Skye, brings over a decade of experience as a professional outdoor instructor. He has honed his skills across various disciplines, including archery, axe throwing, and shooting sports. His passion for teaching and adventure, combined with his extensive experience in the outdoor industry, ensures that every session at A.C.E is both safe and thrilling. Matt’s leadership reflects his commitment to sharing his love for target sports and the natural beauty of the Isle of Skye.

Our Head Instructor, Archery, Clay Shooting Airgun and Axe Throwing Instructor
The professional force behind the new era at A.C.E, Melanie is dragging Matt’s old ways into the modern day whilst retaining the old vibe. A quick learner, Melanie has been working hard on soaking up everything she can about the business.
