On the Day
Advanced bookings are essential. Experience booking can be made in advance here, or by contacting Matt for bookings at short notice or any questions +44(0)7880362320 matt@ace-skye.com
We are now trialling a new contactless signing in and disclaimer form that can be completed remotely using your smartphone. If you wish to sign in before your arrival click here.
Handwashing stations have been set up to ensure best hygiene practice and instructors will wear a mask at all times when with guests.
We ask guests to wear face coverings whilst on site too. There will likely be moments when greater distancing can be practiced and this will allow masks to be removed when appropriate
To ensure immediate safety with target sports equipment the instructor may have to be temporarily within 1 Metre of the participant, sometimes this cannot be avoided
All equipment will be thoroughly cleaned down between groups and group start times will be staggered by a minimum of one hour to allow for this.
We ask that our guests endeavour to support us in these efforts and take all reasonable precautions prior to arriving at A.C.E such as washing hands and social distancing.
Should you start to feel symptoms within 14 days of your booking please do not come to A.C.E. or undertake any unnecessary travel
If you have your own PPE and would feel more comfortable wearing it then please do. Wearable COVID PPE can not be provided by A.C.E.
All bookings made will be subject to full payment in advance or a non-refundable 50% deposit.
Cancelations made due to updated Government restrictions will be fully refunded at the discretion of A.C.E Target Sports. Just get in touch and chat, we don’t bite!
Please note that these measures are for everyone’s safety and will be under constant review. Please, understand that these are unprecedented times and all businesses on Skye are doing their best.
